A Personal Note on Why I Started Focusing on Wellness
Over the past few years, I’ve become increasingly curious about something simple but powerful—how our daily energy, health, and even aging are shaped by what’s happening inside our body and in our environment.
Like many of us, I’ve gone through phases of:
- Low or inconsistent energy
- Occasional digestive discomfort
- Times when I wasn’t fully taking care of my body, even while managing a busy life
And at some point, I paused and asked:
“What actually is causing these discomforts and inconsistency in energy levels?”
And I came to know about free radicals in our environment and in our body.
What I Started Focusing On
Once I understood the science behind free radicals, it became clear to me that I had to address free radicals first to stay healthy.
Then I paused to reflect -“What if I supported my body at a deeper, cellular level—consistently?”
Instead of quick fixes, I began looking at foundational wellness pillars:
Reducing Oxidative Stress
(One of the key contributors to aging and fatigue)
→ Supporting the body with antioxidants and cellular nutrition
Improving Gut Health
(Because digestion impacts everything—from energy to mood)

(Especially important as we grow older)

I intentionally started including antioxidants in my daily diet. I prepared meal plans that would include all necessary nutrients my body needed on a daily basis.
